AHMY Store provides digital products and online services for events, including digital invitations, event websites, e-souvenirs, digital photobooth experiences, photo galleries, and related features.
Features may vary depending on the product, package, event, or service selected.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to AHMY Store is accurate and that your use of our services complies with applicable laws.
You must not use AHMY Store to:
- Conduct unlawful activities
- Upload malicious software or harmful files
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

5. Guest-Generated Content
Some events may allow guests to submit:
- Photographs
- Messages or wishes
- RSVP information
- Guest information
- Other event-related content
Guests remain responsible for content they submit.
By submitting content, users grant AHMY Store permission to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the relevant event features.
6. Photos, Galleries, and Digital Photobooth
Where an event includes photo, gallery, e-souvenir, or digital photobooth functionality, users may be able to capture, upload, view, or download photographs.
Users must only upload photographs that they are legally permitted to use and share.
Depending on the event configuration, uploaded photographs may be visible to the event organiser and other event guests.
Event organisers or customers may be provided with tools to manage or delete photographs and gallery content associated with their event.
AHMY Store is not responsible for copies of photographs that have already been downloaded, saved, or shared by other users before the original content is deleted.
7. QR Codes
Certain services may provide QR codes that allow guests to access event pages, photobooths, galleries, or other digital experiences.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that QR codes are printed, displayed, or distributed correctly before their event. We recommend testing QR codes before printing or distributing them.
8. Orders and Customisation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to complete their order.
Production or delivery times may depend on:
- The selected product
- Customisation requirements
- Availability of customer-provided information
- Requested revisions
- Technical requirements
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information may affect delivery times.
9. Pricing and Payment
Prices may vary depending on the selected product, package, customisation, or additional service.
The applicable price will normally be displayed or communicated before an order is confirmed.
10. Cancellations, Refunds, and Digital Products
Because many AHMY Store products are digital and/or customised specifically for an event, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the stage of production and the nature of the product.
Once substantial customisation work has commenced or a customised digital product has been delivered, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Availability of Services
We aim to keep AHMY Store services available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, hosting or infrastructure issues, internet outages, third-party service failures, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Event Expiry, Gallery Availability, and Data
Unless otherwise specified for a particular product or package, AHMY Store event pages are scheduled to expire 7 days after the event date.
After an event expires:
- The public event page may become unavailable.
- QR codes linking to the event or its features may no longer provide access to the event.
- Gallery, e-souvenir, photobooth, RSVP, or other event-related features may become unavailable.
- Customers and guests may no longer be able to access or download event content.
Customers are responsible for downloading and retaining any photographs, guest content, or other information they wish to keep before the event expires.
AHMY Store may retain event-related data for a limited period after expiry for operational, backup, recovery, security, or legal purposes.
Data may subsequently be permanently deleted or anonymised according to our data retention practices.
Customers may delete eligible photographs or gallery content using the management features provided by AHMY Store while those features remain available.
AHMY Store is not intended to provide permanent cloud storage or backup services.
13. Intellectual Property
Except for user-provided content, the AHMY Store website and its original software, branding, layouts, graphics, templates, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AHMY Store unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without permission.
Purchasing or using an AHMY Store product does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, platform, template system, or intellectual property.
14. Third-Party Services
AHMY Store may integrate with or rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, analytics, advertising, payments, communication, or other functionality.
We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
